The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking an
Onboarding Coordinator to work at our facility in Muscatine, IA. Successful candidates must be willing to supply improvements suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal individuals must be safety and quality orientated along with demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work in a team orientated, fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must be available to work all shifts including second, third & weekends and holidays
- Prior manufacturing experience is preferred

Responsibilities & Duties
- Is responsible for the onboarding and training at the Plant Level.
- Develops and coordinates the overall program, as well as the maintenance of any applicable records and documentation.
- Retrieves and uses the Qualification card to track progress.
- Establishes effective and professional working relationships
- Works with position trainer and Supervisor to complete Qualification cards with feedback. Working on tracker development and raising through leads and HR to ensure all training has been received and understood.
- Acts as a backup position trainer in the absence of the regularly assigned trainer.
- Participates in developing and rolling out best operating practices
- Responsible for wearing proper PPE, following safety training, policy & procedures, and reporting any unsafe safety conditions to a Supervisor/Management.
- Ensures that detailed notes are taken on each training employee and accurate feedback is given to leadership for better addressing employees concerns and gaps in training.
- Attends weekly meeting with the management team for questions, concerns and feedback.
- Any other duties as assigned.

- A shift differential for those who work second or third shift.
Work Schedule
Work schedule varies. Must be able to work any shift needed, including overtime.
- 1st shift – Mon – Fri, 6am – 2 15pm
- 2nd shift – Mon – Fri, 2pm – 10 15pm
- 3rd shift – Mon – Fri, 10pm – 6 15am
**Start times can slightly vary depending on department or position**
