The Benefit and Wellbeing Program is currently seeking a Limited Duration Benefit Program Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee benefits or health insurance, advanced software skills, and will be detail oriented, flexible, and inquisitive.
This position will provide a variety of paraprofessional assistance and advanced administrative support in a highly confidential and regulatory environment. You will work with a team dedicated to ensuring empathetic customer service focused on benefits, leaves, and wellbeing resources. Our work environment is fast paced, often shifts based on organizational need, and teamwork is pivotal to our success.

Experience
Minimum Qualifications
Four years of clerical or administrative support experience, including two years' experience in employee benefits or a closely related field, and current intermediate level computer experience.
PeopleSoft HCM experience is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Associate degree or college course work in employee benefits, public administration, business administration, or a related field is desirable.
Background
Must pass a background check.
License
Valid Oregon driver's license or, the ability to obtain by date of hire; must pass driving records check and, if hired, maintain a driving record that meets the City's standard. Oregon law requires that an out-of-state license holder must obtain a valid Oregon license (with appropriate endorsements) within 30 days of becoming domiciled in the state (ORS 803.355).
