Job Summary:

As a Home Health Visit Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, personalized care to patients in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and providing education and support to patients and their families. You will enjoy the freedom of traveling around the Olympic Peninsula, combining your nursing expertise with the opportunity to explore stunning landscapes.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's degree required; BSN preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of one-year recent experience in home health, acute or long-term care.
  • Licensure/Credentials: Current Washington State Registered Nurse license. Current BLS certification; valid Washington driver's license; proof of insurance on automobile used for work; driving record in compliance with OMC standards currently in effect or as may be amended. See HR Policy 3.12 Driving for OMC Business; must have a cell phone with activated voicemail (portion of cost reimbursed by OMHH); must have computer internet connectivity (OMHH work laptop provided); must have reliable automobile transportation for entire scheduled shift to travel to patient residences.


Premiums:

  • Weekend Premium: $4.00/hour
  • Lead Premium: $3.25/hour
  • Preceptor Pay: $1.00/hour
  • Certification Premium: $2.00/hour
  • Weekend Coordinator Pay: 5% on regular pay
