Onboarding Specialist needed!

I-9 Verification for Freelancers: Review pending I-9 forms for individual freelancers in HelloTiM. The I-9 is considered verified when the necessary documentation is uploaded or sent directly to production.

Review of Paperwork Packets: Carefully review all submitted paperwork packets. For loan-outs, ensure the W-9 form is completed and verified.

Submission for Payroll Processing: Send the completed paperwork packet to the payroll provider for processing. The processing time typically takes 12-24 hours before appearing in Media Services.

Freelancer Availability Check: After the processing time, check with the payroll provider to confirm if the freelancer is ready to be added to production. Once confirmed, add the freelancer to the production.

Loan-Out Process: For loan-outs, ensure the Letter of Intent (LOI) is signed before proceeding. Monitor the status of the LOI through regular communication with the Paymaster via email or the client portal. After the freelancer signs the LOI, allow 12-24 hours for processing.

Final Check and Addition to Production: After the required processing time, verify with the payroll provider if the freelancer is available to join the production. Once confirmed, add the freelancer to the production.

Timecard Submission: Once added to the production, the freelancer will be able to submit timecards for payment.
