Position Summary
Dells-Delton EMS is a 911 Paramedic System that operates three ambulances. The service utilizes progressive protocols and equipment and responds to approximately 3,000 911 calls annually.
Salary Information
A 3-year union contract is in place from January 1st, 2024 through December 31st 2026. Annual Salary will start at $72,051 – $81,336. Lateral placement available based on years of experience. Paramedics are represented by IAFF Local 5026.
Full Time Benefits Package
Qualified candidates will be invited to an assessment center consisting of a written test, scenarios and a panel interview. After the scoring of the assessment center, eligible candidates will be vetted by a thorough background investigation. All new employees serve a one-year probationary period. Paramedics work a 48/96 rotation.

- Unofficial copies of college transcripts.
- Copy of National Registry card and State of Wisconsin EMS license at your current level.
- Copy of current CPR card and ACLS cards (if applicable).
- Copy of a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
- Any pertinent materials which you may wish to include such as a resume.
