Shift Differentials
Receives and fills prescription requests from physicians and other qualified prescribers. Prepares/ compounds medications, IVs and other pharmaceutical supplies based on OMC protocols/procedures. Performs computer order entry/billing. Delivers supplies. Prepackages medications. Maintains records. Assists with training new staff. Performs drug stock control and other various other related duties. EDUCATION Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy required. EXPERIENCE Minimum of one-year experience in hospital pharmacy field preferred including automated drug distribution, I.V. admixtures, clinical pharmacy methods/practice and information systems. LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS Registered Pharmacist license in State of Washington required. UNION UFCW 21 Pro Tech

- Per Diem Premium 15% (on base, in lieu of benefits)
