As a member of the Learning and Change team, the Learning Solutions Designer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning solutions for various projects and initiatives. Additionally, the Learning Solutions Designer will build and maintain strong relationships with clients across different levels of the organization, from operational staff to management.
Key Functions Include
- Performing tasks associated with assessing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating Learning & Development Solutions.
- Making recommendations on the Learning Solution to our internal partners.
- Planning own work and providing estimates/targets for small to medium-sized projects.
Our Ideal Teammate Will Have
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Adult Learning/Education, Instructional Design or a related discipline
- Two years of instructional design experience or equivalent
- Intermediate knowledge of learning and development methodology processes, and standards such as Analysis, Design Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE)
- Intermediate Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, working in a Microsoft Teams and SharePoint environment. Preference will be given to those familiar with the Articulate 360 suite of applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Facilitation, presentation and coaching skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered. Subject to competition response, the minimum qualifications may be modified.
An Eligibility List generated from this competition may be used to fill future vacancies at the same level within a period of up to 12 months.
