Who are we hiring?
The Stage Manager ensures the safe execution of live events and use of house equipment. Stage Managers are required to verbally execute the physical production elements (lighting, scenic elements, fly moves, talent moves) to the Stage Crew as designed in sequential order for the performance at hand.
Radio City Stage Managers are responsible for the use of the (4) stage elevators. Stage Managers have the responsibility to conduct and direct all moves and maintain a safety system comprised of communication, physical barriers and be the controlling authority in their operation.
Events requiring Stage Managers range from concerts to graduation ceremonies, live television productions, award shows, corporate events, and the
Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes. Occasionally, Stage Managers will be required to work at off-site facilities such as rehearsal spaces and talent appearances at various venues.
