Job Description
Plans, implements, renders and evaluates social work services in the home care setting using professionally approved assessment and therapeutic skills and modalities in accordance with the scope of practice for a Licensed Medical Social Worker in New York State.
Minimum Or Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Social Work. One (1) year experience providing patient/client counseling. Current licensure to practice as a Medical Social Worker in NYS. Valid NYS drivers license.
Salary Range
$33.12-$39.12 per hour *Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.*
