Responsibilities
Provide administrative and project support to the Director of Employment and Job Placement.
Prepare documents for upcoming meetings; compose and edit error-free written documents
Create and maintain accurate electronic filing and record keeping system for materials, correspondence, etc.
Calendar management including, but not limited to: meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, event scheduling
Prepare monthly expense report to Finance
Responsible for ensuring important and time sensitive communications are delivered to the appropriate parties
Assist in the conceptualization, organization, planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and symposia with internal personnel and stakeholder
Credit card administrator for TEF Senior Leadership team
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, English or other relevant fields, or equivalent years of work experience required
Minimum four (4) years’ experience in assisting in coordinating projects from planning to implementation
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office required
Strong project and time management skills required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with ability to work under deadline pressure
Strong knowledge experience working in a unionized or health workforce industry highly preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
