Do you have experience with project management and residual skills? If so, Randstad is seeking for a temporary residual consultant to support a team with processing setups and reporting with several departments for a large entertainment studio in Century City. This candidate will be researching and coordinating responses for producers/guilds and ad hoc requests. Hours 9am-6pm M-F with Friday being remote

salary: $25 - $50 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities

Randstad is seeking for a Temporary Residuals Consultant to support with solid project management and residuals skills.

  • Responsible and accurately maintaining and coordinating the residual reporting obligation tracker across all departments
  • Responsible for ensuring the company residual process from set-up to payment
  • Coordinating quarterly gross receipts reporting to payroll houses
  • Ability to communicate with Guilds as needed for various projects
  • Provide Guidance and assitance to production Finance in preparing estimates of residuals during the Greenlight process
  • Excellent analytical skills and organization
  • 4+ years of residuals experience
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple projects
  • Experience with Workday, Coupa, Anaplan and Rightsline
  • Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Knowledge of Sag-Aftra, DGA, WGA, AFM, Actra/UBCp, IATSE agreements
