Salary and benefits will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement between the Livonia Public School District and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO Local 118, Council 25.

- Floor sweeping
- Floor stripping and refinishing
- Disinfecting in accordance with health and safety requirements
- Painting
- Changing lights
- Changing ceiling tiles
- Washing windows, etc.
SELECTION GUIDELINES FOR EXPECTED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ABOVE POSITION:
- An attendance record acceptable to administration.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Human relation skills with students, staff and general public.
- A successful employment history with Livonia Public Schools.
