Position Summary

Reviews Breslin Student Events Center business and financial operations to lead and implement process improvements where feasible; oversees Breslin Center events and supports business operations; creates business processes for employee information and organizational data; oversees all Breslin Center internal and external financial accounts; manages Breslin Center billing and assists with Breslin Center budgets and accounting procedures; develops financial and business reports for Breslin Center and shares with management team as requested; analyzes data and reports to develop solutions to increase efficiencies at Breslin Center; coaches student and support staff on SLE business and accounting processes and procedures to ensure accuracy. This position manages and oversees all student and IATSE HR functions and payroll for the Breslin Center to include hiring, training and scheduling student and on-call team members.

Minimum Requirements

Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in a business-related field; three to five years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in office procedures and administration, business operations, and human resources and payroll; experience in a supervisory role; experience with word processing, database, spreadsheet, presentation software and/or desktop publishing, web page software; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
