To be considered for this position, you must complete a - Physician Assistant or Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.

We have an opportunity for a Physician Assistant at our Salud Medical Center in Woodburn, OR.
Who We Are Looking For
- A Physician Assistant passionate about community health and family medicine.
- A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations.
- New graduate? Make your resume stand out by listing all clinical rotations and your experience in community health or with underserved patient populations
- Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community.
- Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care.
- 1.0 FTE (40 hours a week with 34 hours of clinical and 6 hours of admin time)
- EMR system is EPIC.
- Clinic Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am - 7:00 pm, Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday, 8:00 am - 11:40 am, 12:40 pm - 5:00 pm.
- Base compensation $114k - $128k. With productivity and patient satisfaction measures, total potential compensation ranges from $135k - $148k.
- Hiring Bonus of $15k
- Relocation Allowance of $20k
- Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)
- 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala.
