Job Description :
General Overview
Performs a wide variety of journeyman level operations which includes construction, alterations and finishes.
Essential Responsibilities
- Performs new construction, additions, renovations and plumbing repairs according to Federal, State and Local Government Codes. (40%)
- Repairs, replaces, installs and builds hospital area plumbing equipment and fixtures. Performs preventive maintenance and inspections. (40%)
- Installs new equipment in accordance with hospital safety regulations and procedures, as well as governmental plumbing, fire and structural codes. (20%)
Qualifications
- Minimum
- Trade or vocational school diploma required.
- Allegheny County Plumbers License
- 3 years plumbing experience.
