Member Service Representatives
We are looking for positive and highly motivated individuals to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to retain and build on a wealth of information related to Healthcare. Excellent communication, computer and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to dig in and work alongside the other members of the department and with other departments are crucial.
We seek those who are organized, diligent, responsive, take initiative, work well independently and with others, maintain a positive attitude and strive to maintain the company culture.
Health Claims Customer Service Representative
The department processes a variety of claims, including medical, dental, life, short term disability and vision claims. The Customer Service Representatives handle a high volume of phone calls for inquiries such as eligibility and benefits, claim status and coverage questions.
Qualifications:

Since the day we opened our doors, we have been signatory to a Collective Bargaining Agreement with United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) Local 1625.
NEBA is headquartered in Pembroke Pines, Florida, a suburb of Miami. We have satellite office locations in Jacksonville, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia. We also have a number of onsite offices at client locations.

- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bi-lingual English and Spanish or English and Creole
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
- Healthcare & Insurance: 1 year (Preferred)
