Bilingual Healthcare Enrollment Specialist

Healthcare Eligibility Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a positive and highly motivated individual to become an integral part of our Enrollment team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, quality-focused, fully bilingual and able to retain and build on a wealth of information related to Healthcare Enrollment. Excellent communication, computer and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to dig in and work alongside the other members of the department and with other departments are crucial.

This role handles incoming customer service calls and processes enrollments for a variety of clients for a full range of Benefits; the right individual will need to be both attentive to the needs of those enrolling but also to the details and documentation involved throughout the process.

We seek someone who is organized, diligent, responsive, takes initiative, works well independently and with others, maintains a positive attitude and strives to maintain the company culture.

Qualifications:

  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bi-lingual English and Spanish a requirement

Job Type: Full-time – M-F 8 AM – 5 PM & up to 5 Saturdays per year
