What We Are Looking For

Join Aldridge's team and help power the future. As a non-working supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall management of substation construction projects including craft planning, scheduling, quality and safety. Join us in shaping the future of critical infrastructure solutions. The role is a traveling position with multiple projects across various locations throughout the US.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborating with owners, customers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects meet all necessary requirements.
  • Managing and directing the day-to-day operations of substation construction projects as well as the activities of multiple substation resources
  • Developing and executing project schedules and budgets while ensuring that the projects meet all safety and quality standards.
  • Adhering to the project's filing and documentation organization system as per the project's guidelines. Updating drawings, logs, and inspection notes, etc.

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as supervision for substation projects
  • Experience managing substation projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Procore is preferred
  • Strong safety knowledge, ability to comply with OSHA regulations
  • IBEW Union Membership

What We Offer

Subject to Local IBEW Union pay rates The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for a company vehicle and bonus. This is a union position and provides union benefits.
