Position Highlights:
- $132,000 yearly compensation

What You’ll Do:
- Provide psychotherapeutic services to individuals, families, or groups.
- Consult with Providers to assist in patient care.
- Serve as primary or ancillary mental health Provider.
- Conduct diagnostic, disability, and psychological evaluations.
- Contribute to patient treatment plans and provide forensic evidence.
- Participate in outcome-based service delivery and clinical consultations.
- Conduct trainings for staff and community organizations.
- Develop research funding proposals and triage referrals.
- Provide coverage, clinical oversight, and supervise staff.
- Ensure compliance with TJC, HRSA, and YVFWC requirements.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology
- Licensed Psychologist within the state of practice
- First Aid/CPR Certification obtained within 45 days of employment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred at a level 10
- Knowledge of Revised Codes of Washington/Oregon (RCW/RCO) Statutes
- Knowledge of Washington Administrative Codes/Oregon Administrative Rules (WAC/OAR) related to the provision of mental health services
- Knowledge and understanding of evidence-based and best practices in the behavioral health field
- Knowledge of cultural differences and ability to work effectively with culturally diverse populations
- Knowledge of culturally relevant resources available, including services for monolingual, non-English speaking clients and Native American clients
- Ability to effectively interact with a variety of patients, families, and employees
- Ability to effectively collaborate with medical team professionals
- Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion
- Basic proficiency with a variety of computer programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
