The City of Bothell is looking for a Management Analyst to support key Public Works projects, improve internal processes, and strengthen day-to-day operations. This role focuses on budgeting, compliance, grant management, and data-driven decision-making. What will you do in this position?

  • Collect and review data for reports and compliance, working with outside agencies and internal teams to follow all rules and regulations.
  • Research, compile, and analyze data to support budget development, resource allocation, and performance measurement, while also creating reports, presentations, and documents such as contracts, policies, procedures, and grant materials.
  • Provide support for high-level and complex administrative tasks, such as coordinating across departments, managing sensitive information, overseeing budgets, and helping implement new policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders, sharing important updates and information through speaking and writing.

  • Apply objective reasoning and action, maintaining perspective when evaluating both qualitative and quantitative information.
