What You’ll Do At OhioMHAS
- Perform general office duties and provide administrative support
- Prepare and maintain records
- Assist with reviewing charts
- Compile and type reports
- Transcribe

- Answer Inquiries
- Assist with the clinic and schedule client follow-up appointments
- Attend meetings and seminars
This is an hourly position covered by the OCSEA/AFSCME bargaining unit (union), with a pay range of
#26 on the
OCSEA Pay Range Schedule. Normal working hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday, 1st SHIFT. This position is located at
4325 Green Road, Highland Hills, Ohio 44128.
Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at
Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.
Additional Salary / Appointment Information
Pay increase of 4.5% July 1, 2025, and a 3% increase July 1, 2026.
Longevity supplement after 5 years of service
6 mos. trg. or 6 mos. exp. in using personal computer & related business office software; 6 mos. trg. or 6 mos. exp. in office practices & procedures.
- Or 6 mos. exp. as Office Professional 1, 12141.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
