Responsibilities

  • Responsible for reconciling and processing Summer Day Camp and Holiday Program provider invoices
  • Review invoice submission for proper documentation.
  • Validate member program usage.
  • Data entry of service provider invoices into Oracle EBS system.
  • Resolve disputed costs and discrepancies.
  • Adjust and reconcile provider bills.
  • Respond to provider inquiries.
  • Maintain provider payment files.
  • Process quarterly and annual reimbursement programs
  • Produce and review daily and weekly reimbursement reports; submit to management for approval.
  • Research outstanding member documentation and eligibility issues; follow up with members as needed.
  • Reconcile, post, and apply member copayments to copayment-related programs.
  • Respond to member inquiries via email, mail, fax, and phone.
  • Research and follow-up with members regarding copayments, outstanding balances, and vendor disputes.
  • Assist walk-in members as needed.
  • Present at service provider workshops and member trainings.
  • Facilitate the training and development of junior staff on unit standard operating policies and procedures
  • Log program change requests; generate stop payments and process tax status changes.
  • Perform special projects and assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum two (2) year of data entry and two (2) year of customer service experience required
  • Familiarity with basic accounting practice preferred
  • Basic skill level in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of KIDS, RightFax, SmartSheet preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure and independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills; interact professionally with union members, vendors and colleagues
