Position Summary
Lincoln Electric Products Co. Inc. is seeking a reliable and versatile individual to join our team as a Warehouse General Labor / Backup Delivery Driver. This multi-faceted role will involve warehouse operations, material handling, and serving as a backup truck driver when needed. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide support for both warehouse and delivery operations.
It is a full-time, non-exempt position and candidate will be reporting directly to the Receiving and Shipping Warehouse Logistics Manager
Working Conditions: Shop Warehouse Environment

Job Responsibilities
Warehouse/General Labor:
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring accurate and safe handling of products.
- Organize and store products in designated areas for easy access and inventory management.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory checks and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe warehouse environment, following all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Helped organize and label inventory to ensure efficient stock management.
- Perform other general labor duties as required by the warehouse manager.
Skills Requirements And Specifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or general labor is preferred
- Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50-70 pounds)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and stay on task in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and delivery tracking.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift to 70 pounds.Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.Ability to sit and drive for long periods when acting as a backup truck driver.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Trade School or vocational Diploma preferred
