Elevate Your Dental Career: Apply Now for Our AEGD Residency Program

Join the Northwest Dental Residency Program at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic! Our Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency offers a unique opportunity to refine and enhance your skills in general dentistry while serving underserved populations in the Pacific Northwest. As a resident, you'll gain hands-on experience in various dental specialties, including endodontics, periodontics, oral pathology, pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, sedation techniques, restorative dentistry, and oral surgery. Be part of our mission to promote wellness for all through a patient-centered, culturally competent approach to healthcare.

Our residents benefit from direct patient accessibility by being placed in individual clinics, fostering a hands-on learning environment. Additionally, each resident enjoys a personalized mentorship experience through a 1:1 relationship with experienced mentors, dedicated to guiding them through their residency and enhancing their clinical skills.

Exceptional Benefits for Residents: Each Northwest Dental Residency Program resident at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic receives an annual stipend of $56,000 and pays NO TUITION. Additionally, residents enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, liability coverage, and Paid Time Off (PTO) days. Our program ensures your financial stability and well-being, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care to underserved communities.

Candidates must possess a DDS or DMD degree or equivalent before beginning the program, and preference is given to graduates of CODA-accredited dental schools. This program is fully CODA-accredited as a one-year post-doctoral Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency.
