Kowalski’s deli is a fast-paced, high customer service department. An ideal deli associate is inviting and service-minded. They also are in alignment with adhering to state health code standards for safety and sanitation, ensuring service of the highest quality and freshest ready-to-serve foods.
Deli associates are responsible for building right relationships with their coworkers and customers through transparent and respectful communication, teamwork and problem-solving.
No experience is required! Kowalski’s provides extensive, in-person, hands-on training that thoroughly educates new employees on how to perform their jobs safely, quickly, and efficiently.
Store Hours: 6 am - 10 pm

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Flexible to schedule 20-25 hours/week
- Available evenings (as late as 9-10 pm)
- Open availability is ideal
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Ensure quality and safety of food
- Comfortable speaking to customers in an energetic and helpful manner
- Ability to work independently
- Interest in preparing, handling, and cooking food
