As we continue our ascent, we’re seeking a Head of Production to lead our U.S. operations, with oversight of our U.K. office. What You’ll Do
- Lead bidding and production strategy across commercials, branded content, music videos, and long-form assignments
- Oversee projects from pitch through wrap, safeguarding execution and creative integrity
- Ensure union compliance, including SAG-AFTRA, DGA, and IATSE clearances, contracts, and negotiations
- Manage internal production teams and freelance crews, offering leadership and mentorship throughout
- Own job traffic, scheduling, and resource planning across departments
- Review and negotiate deal memos, vendor contracts, and legal documents
- Collaborate with the Executive Producer and Finance team on job reconciliation, cost tracking, and quarterly forecasting
- Maintain and evolve Eleanor’s production systems, templates, and onboarding processes
- Support global productions and director O-1 visa applications
- Offer production insight during creative development to assess feasibility and scope
What You Bring
- 5+ years in commercial production, including 3+ years as a lead/bidding producer on union projects
- Deep command of Hot Budget and fluency with tools like Wrapbook, Media Services, and Revolution
- Expert-level knowledge of SAG-AFTRA, DGA, IATSE rules, contracts, and workflows
- Experience leading international productions and navigating foreign currencies, permits, and logistics
- A sharp eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and unshakeable emotional intelligence
