Schedule:
- Full Time 40-hour work week
- Shift: 11pm-7am Days off: TBD
- Operate, maintain, repair, and install HVAC systems and associated equipment.
- Perform routine inspection of all HVAC, and fire systems.
- Handle daily reporting, logbooks, and assignments.
- Perform facility walkthroughs for inspections.
- Manage work orders through workflow applications.
- Ensure that operations are in compliance with safety procedures, client safety requirements, company policy and procedures, and applicable regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor contractor performance to ensure work is completed according to specifications and within the facilities rules and regulations.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and efficiency protocols for building operations.
- Perform related work and other duties as assigned.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task effectively and manage multiple deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office software, specifically Excel and Word
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
- OSHA 30 (General Industry)required.
- FDNY or White Plains RMO License required within year of hiring.
