Develop new intake and admissions unit to process & place training applicants in career pipeline training programs
Ensure staff are trained on eligibility criteria for targeted occupations including educational requirements, work readiness, and additional background information
Develop orientation and assessment systems to ensure applicants are reviewed and enrolled in appropriate workshops
Manage applicant counseling and referral systems to address barriers to placement
Partner with higher education, occupational certifications and foundations staff to ensure successful enrollment in programs
