The Programs Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and implementing programming functions to promote the agency鈥檚 mission and support all agency programs. They work closely with the organization鈥檚 leadership team to ensure all program goals, objectives, and outcomes are met. They will support program operations through data management (client information, inventories), program event coordination, and other administrative tasks. They also communicate with external partners, stakeholders, and donors to provide information, feedback, and assistance. Responsibilities
路 Assist with program planning, implementation, and evaluation
路 Conduct research and gather information to support program activities
路 Assist in the development of program materials and resources
路 Manage program-related data and conduct analysis based on annual participation results
路 Assist in the coordination of logistics for events, meetings, and trainings
路 Assist Marketing Coordinator with event promotion and outreach
路 Provide administrative support to other agency team members
路 Respond to inquiries related to program implementation and supplies
路 Assist with fundraising efforts, by providing program statistic and other data, when needed
路 Track and manage program inventories, progress and performance through appropriate software
路 Perform pickups of all scheduled physical program donations, including transporting donations and other agency materials, when necessary
路 Perform agency-related errands (supply run, bank deposits, document pickup/drop-offs, etc) as assigned by the director
路 Process all online sale items through eBay, ensuring all listings are accurate, and the processing, packaging, and mailing of sold items
路 Arrange and assist with the transportation of materials needed for program implementation
路 Work with pertinent staff to resolve any program related issues and challenges
路 Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate stakeholders, such as venue management, program suppliers, donors, etc.
路 Assists in preparing reports, grant applications, and other related agency publications
路 Provide professional support for agency operations, programs, and other functions, as needed
路 Attend trainings, committee meetings, board meetings, and conferences, as assigned
Requirements
路 Experience in nonprofit organizations, program supervision, or related fields is preferred
路 Proficiency in relevant software and technologies, such as Microsoft Office Suite
路 Excellent data entry, data analysis and inventory management experience
路 Creativity, adaptability, attention to detail, resilience, and perseverance in facing challenges and overcoming obstacles
路 Ability to prioritize, solve problems and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with minimal supervision
路 Availability to work flexible shifts based on project and program needs
路 Ability to stand for long periods of time; some heavy lifting may be required
路 Distinctly self-motivated, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
路 Ability to work either independently or collaboratively, in an ever-changing environment
路 Ability to work with a diverse group of people, while maintaining client and donor confidentiality
路 Initiative to identify process efficiencies, pursue solutions and maintain a level of curiosity
路 Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
