Co-op Partners Warehouse (CPW) is a cooperatively owned, produce and natural foods wholesale distributor servicing co-ops, retailers, restaurants, educational institutions, and buying clubs in the Upper Midwest.

An important part of our business is partnering with farmers who practice sustainable, organic agriculture, both locally and nationally. We support the growers and producers in our local food community and commit to them as a critical part of our supply chain.

We have an immediate opportunity for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in St. Paul, MN.

Purpose

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurate order fulfillment, assisting with quality and inventory control.

Reports To

Warehouse Manager

Essential Functions

  • Accurately pick product for customer orders
  • Palletizing the products to ensure safe delivery to the customer.
  • Assist with will call customers
  • Cycle Count product
  • Regularly check on quality of on hand product
  • Sort troubled product and/or re-pack product if needed.
  • Transport products throughout the warehouse via power pallet jacks.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness of warehouse in accordance with the Sanitation, Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP).
  • Promotes good working relationships by maintaining a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Attend work regularly and on time as scheduled.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
  • Performance based advancement opportunity based on meeting sustained productivity, quality, and attendance criteria for a specified period of time.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older. Previous order selection, warehouse experience and equipment (pallet jacks and/or forklift) or experience in a physically demanding job is preferred.
  • Ability to lift 40-70 lbs. repeatedly., with frequent bending, stopping, and lifting.
  • Ability to work for extended periods of time under cold, wet conditions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with customers and coworkers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Ability to work with TCCP to create and including environment where all are welcomed.
