Job Description

Highly motivated Graduate Nurse who provides compassionate home health nursing care through a formalized and structured learning program and under guidance of a preceptor. Upon successful completion of the 12 month program, the new graduate RN will function independently as a Home Health Nurse.

Education And Credentials

BS - Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Registered Nurse within 60 Days required. NYS Drivers License required upon hire.

Experience

1 year experience in healthcare setting preferred.
