The Opportunity - Events Coordinator (Remote - USA)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to ensure that our prospects and customers enjoy an exceptional experience with our company. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients, speakers, partners, and internal team members to organize lead-generating events that leave a lasting impression on attendees. The ultimate objective is to enhance client retention and account expansion through the effective and efficient execution of event deliverables.

As a member of the Marketing team, reporting to the Manager of Events & Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in bringing marketing events to life. You will be responsible for all virtual engagements, including fireside chats, product launches, educational sessions, and will also support in-person events such as happy hours, conference booth sponsorships, and speaking engagements at partner events. Additionally, you will share responsibility for communicating with prospects and customers before, during, and after events to ensure consistent and clear brand messaging.

What You'll Do

Take full charge of virtual events from conception to completion, including content management, speaker coordination, and timeline development.

Lead and assist with various in-person events across the USA, including speaker management, timeline creation, organizing internal stakeholder meetings, and overseeing audio-visual, catering, venue requirements, promotional items, and printed materials.

Contribute to event marketing strategies by developing email communications and managing event registration pages.

Handle all speaker communications, including scheduling and detailing their responsibilities.

Work with conference sponsorship coordinators and Sales/Marketing to ensure all deliverables are met.

Conduct post-event analysis, including attendance tracking, budget reconciliation, feedback collection, and debriefing.

What You'll Have

3+ years of experience in the events sector, preferably within the SaaS industry.

Proven experience with virtual event planning and execution.

The ability to manage multiple events concurrently, engaging with various internal stakeholders.

A motivated and independent work ethic, with strong project management skills.

Advanced time management and multitasking capabilities.

A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.

Clear and effective communication skills with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

Proficiency with the Zoom Webinar Event platform.

Familiarity with Swoogo Event platform or similar event registration software is a plus.

Experience with Asana project management platform is a plus.

Willingness to travel up to 10% of the year.

Compensation

$60.7K - $99.7K - Multiple Ranges

We employ individuals across the United States and Canada, and our salary ranges reflect the diverse geographic zones based on market data. Your specific range will depend on your location.
