Job Description

Nuclear Med Tech Reg

Performs Nuclear Medicine exams and monitors for safety and accuracy

Skills And Abilities

  • Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location
  • Ability to work well with critically ill patients to provide quality patient care with efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ability to work with efficiency and minimal supervision.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES

  • Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) registered or registry eligible in Nuclear Medicine
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Oregon Board of Medical Imaging License required
  • Image Wisely pledge certificate or must obtain within 30 days of hire date and annually by January 30 thereafter
  • Image Gently pledge certificate or must obtain within 30 days of hire date and annually by January 30 thereafter
  • Graduate of accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program preferred

Experience

At least three (3) years of experience preferred.

Physical/Mental/Environmental Requirements

  • May require periodic use of personal computer
